2nd class of French Tech 2030: an ecosystem of excellence
On November 6, the 2025 class of the French Tech 2030 program was announced. Through this program, the French government supports startups that are developing the technologies of tomorrow. This second promotion honors 80 companies of excellence, engaged in strategic fields such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, robotics, quantum and space.
"They invent, produce, secure: the 80 companies in the new class of the French Tech 2030 program are shaping the contours of ambitious French technology." It's in these terms that the Mission French Tech website presents the winners of this 2nd promotion of entrepreneurs who are developing new strategic solutions and who, together, are participating "in the construction of an ecosystem of excellence, sovereign and competitive".
Mission French Tech, a gas pedal of champions
In just two years, the French Tech 2030 program has established itself as "a gas pedal of champions". The first class saw the emergence of companies that have become emblematic of French tech, recognized worldwide, such as Mistral AI, to name but the most famous. Today, there are 80 new winners, each working in their own way to promote digital sovereignty, so that "France retains control over its key technologies".
All these startups are supported by Mission French Tech, created in 2013, to deploy public policies aimed at startups and to federate the ecosystem of these French companies, both in France and internationally. Since its inception, Mission French Tech has supported nearly 250 startups that have won over users: three out of five French people use solutions offered by startups in the French tech ecosystem every month.
A new generation at the service of shared progress
Among the 80 winners of the 2nd class of these innovative companies are undoubtedly the future rising stars of tech, what French Tech calls "the new generation of champions at the service of technological sovereignty and common progress". These companies are developing strategic solutions in key areas such as artificial intelligence and its applications, cybersecurity, quantum, robotics, electronics, space and infrastructure (data storage, cloud, connectivity).
Winning companies benefit from a year's support. According to the Mission, this support consists of "individual and collective assistance with strategic business issues", such as international development, financing, business development, recruitment, local presence, intellectual property and regulatory issues.
Seven major areas of innovation
Among these 80 "new builders of French technological sovereignty", we'd like to highlight a few emblematic startups in the seven main innovation categories of the ranking. Each of these companies illustrates the diversity and power of French know-how:
- in the AI category, startups that will improve healthcare : Therapanacea designs software solutions "mobilizing artificial intelligence and advanced mathematics", used in cancer treatment and to implement precision medicine;
- in the cyber-security category, startups looking after everyone's security: Anozr Way offers a software suite for managing human cyber-risks and identifying human vulnerabilities, "designed to assess and reduce the digital exposure of individuals and organizations";
- in the robotics category, startups that make human life safer: IADYS offers robotized products to collect floating waste and hydrocarbons from the surface of water;
- in the space sector, startups that prepare for tomorrow's world: Wheere revolutionizes "indoor geolocation" with a "patented technology that penetrates 50 meters of concrete and covers 1 km² with just four antennas";
- in the quantum field, startups that want to go even further: QbitSoft, specialized in quantum computing, whose mission is to make "the concrete benefits of quantum computing" accessible today;
- in the infrastructure sector, startups that are advancing communication: Biomemory is developing digital data storage servers based on DNA;
- in the electronics sector, startups that design new systems to serve human needs: Mirsense designs, manufactures and markets "quantum cascade lasers and optical sensors for gas analysis and defense".
So many examples of innovation that the Director of Mission French Tech says that this class "is full of ambition, with a real desire to work for European greatness and to shine internationally ".
